• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

September 18th interviews

On Saturday, September 18th, 13 clients appeared at Carlisle United Methodist Church to be interviewed by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for car insurance, 1 for car repair, 1 for electricity, 2 for food, 2 for gasoline, 1 for hospital bill, 4 for rent, 2 for shelter, and 1 for storage. $3,990.80 was expended to assist clients.

September 11th interviews

On Saturday, September 11th, 9 clients were interviewed at the Carlisle United Methodist Church by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for car repair, 2 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for rent, 4 for shelter, and 2 for utility gas. $3,279.30 was expended to assist clients.

September 4th interviews

On Saturday, September 4th, 7 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 2 for electricity, 1 for food, 1 for ID, 1 for keys, 4 for rent, and 1 for shelter. $5,915.43 was expended to assist clients

August 28th interviews

On Saturday, August 28th, 7 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship. 1 was out of service area and 6 were interviewed by Samaritan Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 1 for car repair, 1 for electricity, 1 for food, 2 for rent, and 1 for shelter. $2,895.07 was expended to assist clients.

August 21st interviews

On Saturday, August 21st, 7 clients were interviewed by Samaritan members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 1 for car insurance, 2 for electric, 3 for rent, 3 for shelter, 1 for telephone, and 1 for utility gas. $2,593.41 was expended to assist clients.

August 14th interviews

On Saturday, August 14th, 6 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 1 for electricity, 1 for food, 1 for personal hygiene, 4 for rent, 1 for shelter, 1 for trash, and 1 for water. $1,422.00 was expended to assist clients.

August 7th interviews

On Saturday, August 7th, 7 clients were interviewed at the Carlisle United Methodist Church by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for campground fee, 1 for car insurance, 1 for car repair, 1 for electric, 1 for food, 4 for rent, and 1 for utility gas. $1,401.45 was expended to assist clients.

July 31st interviews

On Saturday, July 31st, 7 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 1 for car payment, 1 for P.O. Box rental, 4 for rent, and 3 for shelter. $3,312.00 was expended to assist clients.

July 24th interviews

On Saturday, July 24th, 2 clients appeared at Carlisle United Methodist Church to be interviewed by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for electric and 2 for rent. $1,409.40 was expended to assist clients.

July 17th interviews

On Saturday, July 17th, 7 clients were interviewed at Carlisle United Methodist Church by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for car insurance, 1 for car payment, 1 for lot rent, 3 for rent, and 2 for storage. $3,859.28 was expended to assist clients.
