    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who through no fault of their own have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, food, clothing, utilities, medical care, short-term shelter and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

September 15th meeting

On Saturday, September 15th, 20 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car insurance, 2 for electric, 3 for food, 3 for gasoline, 1 for medical supplies, 6 for rent, 3 for security deposit, 6 for shelter, 1 for truck rental, and 2 for utility gas.  $4,370.55 was expended to assist clients and 4 were referred to other agencies.  18 Board Members were in attendance.

September 8th meeting

On Saturday, September 8th, 22 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  3 for car repair, 1 for computer rental fee, 3 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for gasoline, 7 for rent, 4 for shelter, and 3 for utility gas.  $6,723.34 was expended to assist clients and 2 were referred to other agencies.  14 Board Members were in attendance.

September 1st meeting

On Saturday, September 1st, 18 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for child care, 3 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for mortgage, 7 for rent, 3 for security deposit, 2 for shelter, and 1 for water.  $5,616.44 was expended to assist clients.  16 Board Members were in attendance.

August 25th meeting

On Saturday, August 25th, 23 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for car repair, 2 for child care, 1 for clothing, 1 for electric, 2 for food, 1 for gasoline, 1 for I.D., 9 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 3 for shelter, 1 for truck rental, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $5,812.47 was expended to assist clients and 8 were referred to other agencies.  16 Board Members were in attendance.

 

August 18th meeting

On Saturday, August 18th, 22 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car payment, 1 for car purchase, 1 for child care, 4 for electric, 3 for food, 2 for gasoline, 6 for rent, 5 for security deposit, 6 for shelter, and 1 for water.  $5,189.40 was expended to assist clients and 7 were referred to other agencies.  16 Board Members were in attendance.

August 11th meeting

On Saturday, August 11th, 21 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for cable, 2 for car insurance, 1 for car payment, 1 for car repair, 1 for clothing, 2 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for gasoline, 1 for glasses, 1 for home repair, 1 for ID, 1 for lot rent, 3 for rent, 5 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, 2 for telephone, 1 for utility gas, and 2 for water.  $6,848.70 was expended to assist clients and 4 were referred to other agencies.  17 Board Members were in attendance.

August 4th meeting

On Saturday, August 4th, 19 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for application fee, 1 for cable, 1 for car insurance, 1 for car repair, 1 for car purchase, 1 for electric, 3 for food, 1 for furniture, 4 for gasoline, 1 for license fee, 8 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 1 for shelter, 1 for telephone, and 1 for water.  $4,564.64 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  14 Board Members were in attendance.
