• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

May 18th meeting

On Saturday, May 18th, 11 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for electric, 6 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 2 for shelter, and 1 for water.  $4,038.92 was expended to assist clients and 4 were referred to other agencies.  19 Board Members were in attendance.

May 11th meeting

On Saturday, May 11th, 16 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for electric, 1 for exterminator, 2 for food, 1 for gasoline, 4 for rent, 3 for security deposit, 6 for shelter, and 1 for utility gas.  $5,615.16 was expended to assist clients and 6 were referred to other agencies.  15 Board Members and 1 guest were in attendance,

May 4th meeting

On Saturday, May 4th, 26 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for child care, 3 for electric, 2 for food, 2 for lot rent, 1 for medical bill, 9 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 8 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $7,232.54 was expended to assist clients and 12 were referred to other agencies.  17 Board Members were in attendance.

April 27th meeting

On Saturday, April 27th, 16 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car registration, 1 for electric, 1 for fines, 1 for food, 2 for lot rent, 8 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, 1 for vet bill, and 1 for water.  $6,252.52 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  16 Board Members were in attendance.

April 20th meeting

On Saturday, April 20th, 9 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for electric, 1 for heating oil, 3 for rent, 1 for security deposit, and 2 for shelter.  $1,902.29 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.   20 Board Members were in attendance.

April 14th meeting

On Saturday, April 14th, 16 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car payment, 2 for car repair, 1 for clothing, 1 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for fuel oil, 1 for gasoline, 8 for rent, 1 for security deposit, and 3 for shelter.  $4,194.42 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  17 Board Members were in attendance.

April 6th meeting

On Saturday, April 6th, 12 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for child care, 1 for cleaning supplies, 3 for electric, 1 for food, 4 for rent, 1 for security deposit, and 3 for shelter.  $4,313.29 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  18 Board Members were in attendance.
