• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who through no fault of their own have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, food, clothing, utilities, medical care, short-term shelter and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

August 27th meeting

On Saturday, August 27th, 18 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for bicycle repair, 1 for electric, 3 for food, 2 for clothing, 1 for gasoline, 7 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $4,301.52 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  19 Board Members were in attendance.

August 20th meeting

On Saturday, August 20th, 21 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for clothing, 6 for electricity, 2 for food, 1 for furniture, 1 for gasoline, 1 for glasses, 1 for license, 1 for medicine, 6 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, 2 for telephone, and 2 for utility gas.  $3,931.95 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  16 Board Members were in attendance.

August 13th meeting

On Saturday, August 13th, 24 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car insurance, 1 for car repair, 2 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for furniture, 2 for lot rent, 1 for medicine, 9 for rent, 4 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, 1 for storage, and 1 for telephone.  $3,719.00 was expended to assist clients and 9 were referred to other agencies.  19 Board Members were in attendance.

August 6th meeting

On Saturday, August 6th, 23 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for cable, 2 for car insurance, 1 for car payment, 5 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for furniture, 1 for gasoline, 11 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 3 for shelter, and 3 for water.  $6,172.24 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  16 Board Members were in attendance.

July 30th meeting

On Saturday, July 30th, 13 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for car repair, 1 for electric, 1 for furniture, 1 for health insurance, 1 for personal items, 1 for pest control, 3 for security deposit, and 3 for shelter.  $2,918.27 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  19 Board Members were in attendance.

July 23rd meeting

On Saturday, July 23rd, 16 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  4 for electric, 2 for gasoline, 8 for rent, 4 for shelter, and 2 for water. $5,404.75 was expended to assist clients and 2 were referred to other agencies.  21 Board Members were in attendance.

July 16th meeting

On Saturday, July 16th, 20 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for a bicycle, 1 for car insurance, 2 for car repair, 1 for car purchase, 2 for electric, 1 for fines, 1 for lot rent, 1 for medical bills, 10 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, 1 for telephone, and 2 for utility gas.  $5,048.22 was expended to assist clients and 9 were referred to other agencies.  23 Board Members were in attendance.
