• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

March 16th meeting

On Saturday, March 16th, 18 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for bus ticket, 1 for car repair, 3 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for gasoline, 1 for heating oil, 1 for mortgage, 6 for rent, 3 for security deposit, and 3 for shelter.  $5,594.78 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  16 Board Members were in attendance.

March 9th meeting

On Saturday, March 9th, 23 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for birth certificate, 1 for bus ticket, 1 for cable, 1 for car payment, 2 for car repair, 3 for electric, 2 for food, 2 for gasoline, 1 for home repair, 1 for ID, 5 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 3 for shelter, 1 for storage, 1 for telephone, and 1 for utility gas.  $4,636.57 was expended to assist clients and 4 were referred to other agencies.  13 Board Members were in attendance.

March 2nd meeting

On Saturday, March 2nd, 8 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car repair, 1 for food, 1 for personal hygiene, 2 for rent, 3 for security deposit, and 1 for shelter.  $2,730.00 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  17 Board Members were in attendance.

February 23rd meeting

On Saturday, February 23rd, 23 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car license, 1 for car insurance, 1 for car payment, 1 for car registration, 3 for electric, 1 for fines, 2 for food, 1 for gasoline, 1 for ID, 1 for lot rent, 1 for medicine, 11 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 5 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $7,162.30 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  13 Board Members and 1 guest were in attendance.

February 16th meeting

On Saturday, February 16th, 14 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car repair, 1 for electric, 1 for furniture, 5 for rent, 1 for security deposit, and 6 for shelter.  $4,482,43 was expended to assist clients and 6 were referred to other agencies.  18 Board Members and 1 guest were in attendance.

February 9th meeting

On Saturday, February 9th, 11 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for bicycle, 1 for car insurance, 1 for fines, 1 for lot rent, 4 for rent, 3 for security deposit, and 2 for shelter.  $3,862.00 was expended to assist clients and 2 were referred to other agencies.  14 Board Members were in attendance.

February 2nd meeting

On Saturday, February 2nd, 14 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car repair, 1 for clothing, 1 for food, 2 for furniture, 2 for heating oil, 6 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 1 for shelter, 1 for telephone, and 3 for water. $4,510.47 was expended to assist clients and 6 were referred to other agencies.  11 Board Members were in attendance.
