• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958,  Samaritan Fellowship, a Carlisle nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

April 19th meeting

On Saturday, April 19th, 15 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car insurance, 3 for car payment, 1 for electric, 3 for furniture, 6 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 3 for shelter, 1 for trash, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $2,137.89 was expended to assist clients, 6were referred to other agencies, and 2 were provided furniture.  15 board members were in attendance.

April 12th meeting

On Saturday, April 12th,  13 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for bicycles, 2 for electric, 1 for furniture, 1 for gasoline, 4 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $3,162.48 was expended to assist clients, 2 were provided bicycles, 1 was provided a refrigerator, and 1 was referred to another agency.  22 board members were in attendance.

April 5th meeting

On Saturday, April 5th, 19 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car repair, 1 for car purchase, 3 for electric, 2 for food, 2 for furniture, 2 for gasoline, 1 for heating oil, 1 for lot rent, 2 for prescriptions, 4 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 3 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $4,490.30 was expended to assist clients, 2 were provided furniture, and 3 were referred to other agencies.  18 board members were in attendance.

March 29th meeting

On Saturday, March 29th, 12 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car repair, 7 for electric, 1 for furniture, 1 for phone, 5 for rent, and 2 for security deposit.  $3,834.53 was expended to assist clients, 1 was provided furniture, and 4 were referred to other agencies.  17 board members were in attendance.

March 22nd meeting

On Saturday, March 22nd, 12 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car payment, 2 for electric, 1 for food, 2 for fuel oil, 1 for furniture, 1 for mortgage, 4 for rent, and 1 for shelter.  $2,250.24 was expended to assist clients, 1 was provided furniture, and 1 was referred to another agency.  16 Board Members were in attendance.

March 15th meeting

On Saturday, March 15th, 16 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for cable, 1 for car repair, 5 for electric, 4 for furniture, 1 for lot rent, 1 for personal ID, 1 for rent, and 2 for security deposit.  $1,480.18 was expended to assist clients and 4 were referred to other agencies.  13 board members were in attendance.

March 8th meeting

On Saturday, March 8th, 10 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car insurance, 1 for car repair, 2 for electric, 1 for furniture, 1 for internet, 1 for phone, 3 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $1,637.85 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  12 board members were in attendance.

March 1st meeting

On Saturday, March 1st, 10 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for airline ticket, 1 for baggage fee, 1 for cab fare, 2 for car payment, 3 for electric, 1 for gasoline, 1 for phone, 3 for rent, 1 for security agreement, 1 for shelter, and 1 for water.  $1,425.61 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  16 board members were in attendance.

February 22nd meeting

On Saturday, February 22nd, 10 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.   1 for bicycle, 2 for electric, 1 for furniture, 1 for glasses, 1 for mortgage, 3 for rent, 1 for security deposit, and 1 for water.  $1,417.93 was expended to assist clients, 1 was provided furniture, 1 was provided bicycle, and 3 were referred to other agencies.  14 board members and 1 guest were in attendance.

February 15th meeting

On Saturday, February 15th, 10 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for a bicycle, 1 for car repair, 1 for electric, 1 for furniture, 2 for gasoline, 1 for medical assistance, 3 for rent, 1 for shelter, and 1 for utility gas.  $1,135.61 was expended to assist clients, 1 was provided a bicycle, 1 was provided furniture, and 3 were referred to other agencies.  14 board members were in attendance.
