• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

December 12th interviews

On Saturday, December 12th, 19 clients were interviewed by telephone by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for car insurance, 1 for car payment, 2 for car repair, 1 for electric, 12 for rent, 1 for security deposit, and 4 for shelter. $8,375.00 was expended to assist clients

December 5th interviews

On Saturday, December 5th, 24 clients were interviewed by telephone by Samaritan Fellowship Board members. The needs presented were 1 for car repair, 2 for electricity, 1 for food, 1 for heater, 16 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 3 for shelter, and 1 for utility bills. $12,538.58 was expended to assist clients.

November 28th interviews

On Saturday, November 28th, 14 clients were interviewed by phone by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for document fee, 2 for electricity, 6 for rent (2 evictions), 4 for shelter, and 1 for storage unit. $5,412.36 was expended to assist clients.

November 21st interviews

On Saturday, November 21st, 17 clients were interviewed by telephone by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for bills, 2 for car repair, 2 for electric, 6 for rent (2 evictions), and 6 for shelter. $7,145.51 was expended to assist clients.

November 14th interviews

On Saturday, November 14th, 21 clients were interviewed by telephone by Samaritan Board members. The needs presented were 1 for birth certificate, 1 for car payment, 1 for car repair, 1 for child care, 1 for drivers license, 2 for electric, 1 for glasses, 12 for rent (4 evictions), 4 for shelter, and 1 for storage unit. $16,343.58 was expended to assist clients.

November 7th Interviews

On Saturday, November 7th, 8 clients were interviewed by telephone by Samaritan Fellowship Board members. The needs presented were 1 for car repair, 1 for electric, 4 for rent (1 eviction), and 2 for shelter. $3,884.00 was expended to assist clients.

October 31st interviews

On Saturday, October 31st, 23 clients were interviewed by telephone by Samaritan Fellowship Board Members. The needs presented were 2 for electric, 14 for rent, 4 for shelter, and 3 for water. $10,896.19 was expended to assist clients.

October 24th interviews

On Saturday, October 24th, 16 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship Board members for assistance. The needs presented were 1 for Cable TV, 1 for car insurance, 1 for car payment, 2 for car repair, 8 for rent, and 3 for shelter. $6,237.37 was expended to assist clients.

October 17th interviews

On Saturday, October 17th, 14 clients were interviewed by telephone by Samaritan Fellowship Board members. The needs presented were 1 for car insurance, 2 for car repair, 5 for rent (2 evictions), 6 for shelter, and 1 for water. $8,516.86 was expended to provide assistance to clients.

October 10th interviews

On Saturday, October 10th, 16 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship Board members by telephone. The needs presented were 3 for car repair, 1 for electricity, 2 for food, 1 for gasoline, 7 for rent, 3 for shelter, and 1 for water. $5,023.15 was expended to assist clients.
