• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

June 28th Interviews

On Saturday, June 28, 14 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 8 for rent, 3 for utilities, 2 for car issues, 1 for shelter, 1 for food, and 1 for mortgage. $3,523.68 was expended to assist clients.

June 21st Interviews

On Saturday, June 21, 11 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 7 for rent, 6 for utilities, and 1 for miscellaneous issues. $2,679.01 was expended to assist clients.

June 14th Interviews

On Saturday, June 14, 16 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 10 for rent, 2 for car issues, 4 for utilities, and 2 for miscellaneous issues. $3,974.48 was expended to assist clients.

June 7th Interviews

On Saturday, June 7, 13 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 8 for rent, 3 for car issues, and 4 for utilities. $4,625.61 was expended to assist clients.

May 31st Interviews

On Saturday, May 31, 13 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 9 for rent, 2 for car issues, 2 for utilities and 1 for mortgage. $2336.58 was expended to assist clients.

May 24th Interviews

On Saturday, May 24, 16 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 1 for shelter, 7 for rent, 4 for car issues, and 6 for utilities. $5,695.19 was expended to assist clients.

May 17th Interviews


On Saturday, May 17, 11 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 8 for rent, 1 for car payment, 1 for utilities, and 1 for food. $3845.03 was expended to assist clients.

May 10th Interviews

On Saturday, May 10, 11 clients were interviewed by Samaritan
Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 7 for rent, 3 for utilities, 1 for car repairs, and 1 for misc.

$ 4696.00 was expended to assist clients.

May 3rd Interviews

On Saturday, May 3, 14 clients were interviewed by Samaritan
Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 6 for rent, 2 for utilities, 4 for car repairs, 2 shelter, 1 for misc., and 1 for food. 

$ 3,203.82 was expended to assist clients.

April 26th Interviews

On Saturday, April 26, 13 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church.  The needs presented were 7 for rent, 3 for utilities, 1 for car repairs, 1 for car payment, and 1 for mortgage.   $ 3,934.77 was expended to assist clients.
