• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

September 16th meeting

On Saturday, September 16th, 15 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car insurance, 1 for car registration, 2 for car repair, 1 for clothes, 1 for counseling, 3 for electric, 2 for food, 1 for health insurance, 5 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 1 for shelter, 1 for storage, 1 for taxes, 1 for telephone, and 1 for water.  $3,891.41 was expended to assist clients and 2 were referred to other agencies.  17 Board Members were in attendance.

September 9th meeting

On Saturday, September 9th, 19 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for bus ticket, 1 for car insurance, 1 for car payment, 2 for car repair, 1 for electric, 1 for gasoline, 1 for license, 1 for medicine, 1 for personal hygiene, 7 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 5 for shelter, 1 for storage, 2 for telephone, and 1 for water.  $5,177.31 was expended to assist clients and 4 were referred to other agencies.  15 Board Members and 1 Guest were in attendance.

September 2nd meeting

On Saturday, September 2nd, 20 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for birth certificate, 1 for car repair, 2 for electric, 1 for gasoline, 1 for ID, 1 for lot rent, 8 for rent, 2 for security deposit, and 3 for shelter.  $3,285.25 was expended to assist clients and 2 were referred to other agencies.  14 Board Members were in attendance.

August 26th meeting

On Saturday, August 26th, 15 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car payment, 3 for car repair, 3 for electric, 2 for gasoline, 6 for rent, 3 for shelter, 1 for telephone, and 2 for water.  $2,214.44 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  17 Board Members were in attendance.

August 19th meeting

On Saturday, August 19th, 11 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car insurance, 1 for child care, 3 for electric, 1 for fines, 1 for gasoline, 1 for ID, 1 for personal hygiene, 4 for rent, 3 for shelter, 1 for taxes, and 1 for utility gas.  $2,343.30 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  18 Board Members were in attendance.

August 12th meeting

On Saturday, August 12th, 21 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car insurance, 1 for car registration, 1 for car repair, 5 for electric, 2 for food, 1 for gasoline, 2 for ID, 1 for personal hygiene, 6 for rent, 1 for shelter, 2 for storage, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $4,512.23 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  14 Board Members were in attendance.

August 5th meeting

On Saturday, August 5th, 17 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for campground fee, 1 for car repair, 5 for electric, 1 for lot rent, 7 for rent, 3 for security deposit, and 1 for shelter.  $5,613.64 was expended to assist clients and 2 were referred to other agencies.  15 Board Members were in attendance.

July 29th meeting

On Saturday, July 29th, 21 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car repair, 7 for electric, 8 for rent, 2 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $4,770.35 was expended to assist clients and 2 were referred to other agencies.  21 Board Members were in attendance.

July 22nd meeting

On Saturday, July 22nd, 16 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for car insurance, 3 for car payment, 1 for car repair, 1 for clothing, 2 for electric, 1 for gasoline, 8 for rent, 2 for shelter, 1 for storage, 1 for telephone, and 2 for water.  $4,480.51 was expended to assist clients and 4 were referred to other agencies.  15 Board Members were in attendance.

July 15th meeting

On Saturday, July 15th, 15 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car repair, 4 for electric, 1 for fines, 1 for lot rent, 1 for pet fees, 7 for rent, 1 for school registration, 1 for shelter, and 1 for water.  $4,193.19 was expended to assist clients and 5 were referred to other agencies.  17 Board Members and 1 guest were present.
