• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

April 1st meeting

On Saturday, April 1st, 12 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for gasoline, 1 for medical bill,  5 for rent, and 3 for shelter.  $3,608.42 was expended to assist clients.  12 Board Members and 1 guest were in attendance.

March 26th meeting

On Saturday, March 26th, 17 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for car insurance, 2 for car payment, 2 for car repair, 2 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for gasoline, 1 for lot rent, 1 for photo ID, 4 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 5 for shelter, 1 for storage, 1 for telephone, and 2 for water.  $5,277.41 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  17 Board Members and 1 guest were in attendance.

March 18th meeting

On Saturday, March 18th, 15 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  2 for car repair, 2 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for moving expense, 1 for photo ID, 4 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, 1 for storage, 2 for telephone, and 1 for towing charge.  $3,361.41 was expended to assist clients.  21 Board Members were in attendance.

March 11th meeting

On Saturday, March 11th, 10 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car license, 1 for car repair, 2 for furniture, 1 for heating oil, 1 for household items, 3 for rent, 2 for shelter, and 1 for storage fee.  $1,816.97 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  15 Board Members and 3 guests were in attendance.

March 4th meeting

On Saturday, March 4th, 12 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for cable, 2 for car repair, 2 for electric, 4 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 1 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $2,806.82 was expended to assist clients and 3 were referred to other agencies.  14 Board Members and 3 guests were in attendance.

February 25th meeting

On Saturday, February 25th, 12 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car insurance, 1 for car payment, 1 for car repair, 1 for child support, 2 for electric, 2 for gasoline, 1 for medical co-pay, 3 for rent, 1 for security deposit, 3 for shelter, and 1 for telephone.  $3,471.51 was expended to assist clients and 5 were referred to other agencies.  13 Board Members were in attendance.

February 18th meeting

On Saturday, February 18th, 13 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car registration, 2 for car repair, 5 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 2 for shelter, 1 for utility gas, and 1 for water.  $4,200.44 was expended to assist clients and 1 was referred to another agency.  15 Board Members and 1 guest were in attendance.

February 11th meeting

On Saturday, February 11th, 8 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  6 for rent and 2 for shelter.  $939.05 was expended to assist clients and 2 were referred to other agencies.  14 Board Members and 1 guest were in attendance.

February 4th meeting

On Saturday, February 4th, 10 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for assistance.  1 for car payment, 1 for electric, 3 for rent, 3 for shelter, 2 for storage, and 1 for water.  $3,412.43 was expended to assist clients.  17 Board Members were in attendance.

January 28th meeting

On Saturday, January 28th, 18 clients appeared at Samaritan Fellowship for  assistance.  1 for car repair, 2 for electric, 1 for food, 1 for furniture, 1 for lot rent, 7 for rent, 2 for security deposit, 4 for shelter, and 1 for truck rental.  $4,631.40 was expended to assist clients and 4 were referred to other agencies.  22 Board Members were in attendance.
