• About Samaritan Fellowship

    Since 1958, the Samaritan Fellowship, a nonprofit ministry, has strived to carry out the Lord’s admonition to help our neighbor. Our purpose is to help those who have exhausted every available means for providing adequate shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, short-term shelter, food, clothing, and other emergency services. We serve families living in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township.

February 15th Interviews

On Saturday, February  15th, 10 clients were interviewed by Samaritan
Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 1 for food, 3 for rent, 1 for car repairs, 1 for shelter, 1 for food, 1 for fuel oil, 2 for mortgage payments and 1 for utilities. $2,444.64 was expended to assist clients.

February 8th Interviews

On Saturday, February 8th, 13 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 7 for rent, 1 for car repair, 1 for shelter, 1 for storage, 2 for mortgage and 1 for utilities.  $4,487.40 was expended to assist clients.

February 1st Interviews

On Saturday, February  1st, 10 clients were interviewed by Samaritan
Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 2 for rent, 1 for car payment, 1 for shelter, 1 for water bill, 1 for gasoline and 4 for utilities. $4,788.00 was expended to assist clients.

January 25th Interviews

On Saturday, January 25th, 10 clients were interviewed by Samaritan
Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist
Church. The needs presented were 6 for rent, 1 for car payment, 1 for fuel
oil, 1 for water bill, 1 for food, 1 for gasoline and 2 for utilities. $2,193.00
was expended to assist clients.

January 18th Interviews

On Saturday, January 18th, 10 clients were interviewed by Samaritan
Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist
Church. The needs presented were 5 for rent, 2 for car payment, 1 for car
repair, and 1 for utilities. $5,769.85 was expended to assist clients.

January 11th Interviews

On Saturday, January 11th, 18 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 13 for rent, 1 for car repair, 1 for shelter, and 3 for utilities.  $5,086.75 was expended to assist clients.

January 4th Interviews

On Saturday, January 4th, 13 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 8 for rent, 1 for car payment, 2 for shelter, and 2 for utilities.  $5,186.88 was expended to assist clients.

December 28th Interviews

On Saturday, December 28th, 7 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 5 for rent, 1 for car repair, and 1 for shelter.  $215.68 was expended to assist clients.

December 21st Interviews

On Saturday, December 21st, 12 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 3 for rent, 2 for shelter, 1 for car repair, 1 for car payment, and 5 for utilities.  $4,349.13 was expended to assist clients.

December 14th Interviews

On Saturday, December 14th, 8 clients were interviewed by Samaritan Fellowship stewards and Board members at the Carlisle United Methodist Church. The needs presented were 1 for rent, 2 for shelter, 1 for car insurance, 1 for heating oil and 3 for utilities.  $3,696.90 was expended to assist clients.
